Crikey.com is unreliable and politically biased and its reports must be 
taken with caution.  However, the detail given in today's item alleging 
that RMIT is being dragged into debt by diversion of education resources 
into management is specific enough to be either true or actionable.  Is it 
par for the tertiary education course is it atypical?
