[Muanet] Accommodation scam hits visiting students

I am not sure how widely the attached notice from the Department of 
Consumer and Employment protection has been circulated, but anyone 
involved in bringing students to Perth needs to be made aware of it 
and warn recruits in advance.  Contacts in other universities both in 
WA and in the Eastern States could also be made aware.
