[Muanet] A win for a professor

Is the duty of academics to remain true to academic standards of 
"honest labelling" or to the corporate requirements reflected in 
managerial decisions which conflict with this?

Some legal light was thrown on it in a court decision in the UK this 
year - I carried the cutting (Daily Telegraph February 25) about for 
weeks and have just turned it up.  See attached.
