<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Tomorrow there will be a screening of the documentary Supersize My Pay, which looks at the strikes earlier this year by</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">fast food workers in New Zealand. Organised by the recently formed Unite casual workers union, in April the strikes won</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">new contracts for casual workers at fast food chains employing 7000 workers across Auckland. Under the new contract workers receive pay increases of between 8 and 12 percent this year. The contract also phases out youth wages resulting in employees under the age of 18 receiving pay increases of upto 32% in the next 12 months.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">This documentary follows the organising campaign and features footages teenage workers organising and winning the world's first strikes against fastfood chains such as KFC, McDonalds and Starbucks.</FONT></SPAN></P>
