[Unistats] Overseas Campus reporting

Hi All,

We are attempting to give some advice on internal policy changes, for
student reporting on overseas teaching that may occur on "official" or
"unofficial" campuses.

Specifically;

 - For overseas students taught overseas, what Student Status(E490)
would be utilised, given they are not Fee-paying overseas(E490 = 310,
311).  

 - For Courses delivered online, students are Fee paying and residing
anywhere in the world including locally, what Student Status(E490) would
be utilised ?
