the </font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">GDS-CEQ-PREQ to </font><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">offshore international students?<br>

</font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">The GCCA Standard
Recommended Methodology includes international students in the Survey
scope but also speaks about "graduates from Australian universities",
which implies that only Australian graduates and onshore internationals
are included. My understanding is that offshore international
students are deemed to be out of scope. I am also aware that the SRG
canvassed Survey Managers a couple of years ago about this issue but I
have no information on the outcome.<br>

<font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">So if anyone can provide me
with information/resources about:<br>
</font>
<ul>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">whether or not any
attempt is made to administer the GDS to</font><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"> offshore internationals;</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">the methodology they
use, if different from that used for onshore graduates - e.g. how the
survey form is tailored re</font><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"> language/translation issues,
cultural/contextual issues, etc;</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">data analysis issues.</font></li>
