Below are the details of a public meeting with Nelson Davila, Venezuelan
Charge D'Affaires to Australia. Davila is in Perth for a number of
meetings with unions and other community organisations. He will be
talking about the Venezuelan Government's attempt to increase popular
participation in social life.

Presenting Special Guest Speaker: Nelson Davila, the Venezuelan Charge
D'Affaires to Australia
Davila will discuss the challenges and goals of the Bolivarian
Revolution that is improving the quality of life for the millions of
poor in Venezuela. A grass roots movement that is empowering people,
enabling them to take control of their society to build an alternative
to the U.S domination of Latin America - a society based on human needs
not corporate profits!
When: 7pm, Wednesday November 22. Barbeque from 6.30pm.
