[Unistats] Regional loading mixed mode load.

Dear All,

It sounds to me as though the people managing this in DEST do not understand the nature of the coding for course load.  I believe this should be formally raised with the area concerned.  RMIT has no mixed load in regions at present but could easily expect to have some in future.  Thanks Adnrea for noticing this interesting discrepancy.

Have any other Universities noticed in the regional loading figures for
confirmation by DEST that mixed mode load gets NO loading even tho'
fully external load gets a percent loading proportional to the 'total'
university exteranl percentage?

Do any of you have a significant proportion of 'mixed' load at your
regional campuses, and have you queried DEST about the rationale behind
the formula?

A query I made to DEST indicated that only internal and external load
was being considered for regional loading and that was the end of the
story.
