The AVSN is organising its fourth solidarity brigade to Venezuela to coincide with the Venezuelan presidential election on December 3. During the elections, the Venezuelan people defied ongoing intimidation by the US government to turn out in their millions to reelect Hugo Chavez to another seven year term. Chavez's victory is seen as an important step in continiuing process to deepen the Bolivarian revolution. Come along and hear a first hand account of the elections and the new developments in the revolutionary transformation of Venezuelan society.
