[Unistats] HDR Load

Dear Wendy.

At RMIT we have always moved students onto "submitted" status when they submit their thesis.  This means that they have no load and pay no fees while they are being assessed.  If they require a major rewrite they must reenrol as a current student.

Hi all,

Does your institution remove Higher Degree Research (HDR) students from active enrolment/load when they submit their thesis ie whilst their thesis is under exam?

Or do your HDR students have recorded load up until their thesis is approved/accepted?
