At UWA, HDR students who have submitted their thesis are recorded on our
student records system with a code for "withdrawn- thesis presented", and
are excluded from enrolment and load data files including those sent to
DEST.

Does your institution remove Higher Degree Research (HDR) students from
active enrolment/load when they submit their thesis ie whilst their thesis
is under exam?
Or do your HDR students have recorded load up until their thesis is
approved/accepted?
