[Unistats] Staff Evaluation of University Services

Hi all,
 
We at Newcastle are looking to develop and conduct a Staff Evaluation of University Services survey this year.  I would like to get contact details of people involved in similar surveys at other Universities, to discuss the best approach.  Could you let me know if your Uni does something similar and, if so, who the best person would be to talk to?
