[Unistats] DEST 2002 Full Year Student Load Data

Hi all,

Has anybody else had difficulties reconciling the 2002 Full Year load
data DEST is about to publish? When reporting load in the load file to
10 digits,   DEST is truncating it back to 4 digits in the Unit Record
files which are used to produce the tables. 

DEST has told us they believe about half the Universities are reporting
load to 10 digits, but cannot tell us how much load is being truncated
in the published data.

This issue was raised with DEST when the March data was sent for
checking late last year, but we received no reply from them at this
time. We have now been informed that from 2003, published data will use
the full 10 digit load reported in both the load and hecs files.
