This position requires the ability to provide high-level advice in areas of vocational education, training policy and practice to members of the Vice-Chancellor's Executive and the University more broadly, and work in conjunction with others to ensure this is multi-perspective advice. 

As part of a team, you will undertake management of strategic projects.  This includes responsibility for utilising agreed financial and other resources to deliver agreed project objectives.

Ideally, you will have outstanding analytical skills and a demonstrated track record of achievement in policy analysis, strategic and/or business planning, research, and organisational consultancy or project management within the VET Sector. Confidence in presenting high level and innovative advice to senior management together with highly developed communication and negotiation skills are required.   The applicant will be able to manage projects involving a wide range of senior university staff and external parties.
