[Unistats] Student Satisfaction Survey - Offshore Internationals

Hello Everyone,

Im trying to lay hands on any resources that might help with the 
development of a specific student satisfaction type survey for offshore 
internationals.

Has anyone developed anything like this in the past - if so is it possible 
to get a copy of the survey form? Or can you suggest any other avenues?
